Ashoka Meta-Chem Industries

Ashoka Meta Chem Industries was started in the year 1988 by young entrepreneur Lalit Jain (B.E. Chemical) & Arvind Parekh (MBA).
We are the Manufacturers of electroplating chemicals are producing a vast range of electroplating chemical material.

A leading supplier for electroplating chemicals.

We extensively import raw electroplating and export finish wide range of electroplating and basic chemical. Ashoka Meta-Chem is not just a supply house dealing in certain products manufactured in house and certain items obtained from abroad. We offer our customers a total solution to their customized requirements by providing the
latest and the best techniques in this field.

Basic Chemical Solutions is a chemical distributor that specializes in the delivery and storage of corrosive chemicals. Our unique, customized chemical storage and delivery system provides corrosive chemical users with a significantly safer and more efficient alternative to their traditional use of drums or tote bins. Our proven program utilizes customized Mini-Bulk chemical storage tanks that are as small as 200 gallons (800 liters). Our Mini-Bulk tanks are located close to our customers’ use point, thereby eliminating the need for employees to move and handle heavy drums and tote bins of hazardous materials.

Basic chemicals are considered building blocks of the entire petrochemical industry. Basic chemicals are processed further to yield fibers, surfactants, polymers, and a number of chemicals from which various by-products are formed.

In India, the market value of chemicals which are basic is US$ 20 billion. During 2004-2005, the production of basic chemicals was 7.38 million tons while in the previous year it was 7.07 million tons. This means that there has been a growth of 4.37% in the production of chemicals of basic variety.

Modern electrochemistry was invented by Italian chemist Luigi V. Brugnatelli in 1805.Modern electrochemistry was invented by Italian chemist Luigi V. Brugnatelli in 1805.The Norddeutsche Affinerie in Hamburg was the first modern electroplating plant starting its production in 1876.Commercial electroplating of nickel, brass, tin, and zinc were developed by the 1850s. Electroplating baths and equipment based on the patents of the Elkingtons were scaled up to accommodate the plating of numerous large scale objects and for specific manufacturing and engineering applications.

The electroplating process consists essentially of connecting the parts to be plated to the negative terminal of a direct-current source and another piece of metal to the positive pole, and immersing both in a solution containing ions of the metal to be deposited. The part connected to the negative terminal becomes the cathode, and the other piece the anode. The anode is a piece of the same metal that is to be plated. Metal dissolves at the anode and is plated at the cathode.

We are one of the leading trading companies engaged in qualitative range of electroplating chemicals at economical prices. We have been appreciated by our clients across the globe for providing unparalleled quality service. The wide range included in our electroplating chemicals has enabled us establish ourselves among the prominent Inorganic Chemicals dealers.
